Encrypted Payments

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are encrypted between your phone or browser and our payment gateway. We never store your full banking credentials; we store only a token to process refunds or dispute requests.

Data Retention Rules

Account records stay with us for the duration of your membership plus 12 months. Deleted accounts are purged after 90 days, except where law requires longer storage for tax or anti-money-laundering purposes.

Request a full copy of your personal data anytime. We'll compile your account info, game history, transaction logs and communication records into a downloadable file within 30 calendar days.

Withdrawal records remain in your account archive for 12 months after your last transaction. You can export your full transaction history anytime from Settings > Download My Data. Older records are available on request for up to 3 years where local law permits.

Yes. When you request account deletion, we move your data to a secure archive for 90 days (to process any pending refunds or disputes). After 90 days, all personal information is permanently erased unless law requires us to retain tax or compliance records.

Your account and all associated data remain safe and encrypted. Inactive accounts are never deleted automatically. Only when you request account closure do we begin the 90-day purge period. You can reactivate a dormant account anytime by logging in.

No. We store only a secure payment token linked to your account. Your actual bank credentials and card numbers never touch our servers; they're handled by our payment partners. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
